Our philosophy:

Forty years ago, in 1979, our mother Micheline BLANC-JANNET fell in love with our beautiful resort and became an owner and moved the family to Valmorel la Belle  for the first time.

We spent our best moments there in the mountains, grew up in the resort, exploring all its corners in all seasons.

 Frédéric became both a coach at the ski club and qualified as a ski instructor at the ESF.

 Valérie after ten years living abroad with our neighbours and British friends.

Valmorel la Belle has not left our hearts since then, so it was quite naturally after professional experiences in the United Kingdom, Spain, New Zealand and Italy that we enthusiastically, proudly and with the same love took over in 2000 from our mother Micheline BLANC-JANNET, creator of

IMMOBILIER SOLEIL in September 1994.  

We now lead this family business to new heights, always with the same passion, spirit and know-how of its founder
